Spiritual Negligence is presented as both an EP and a written work — two mediums, one narrative. Drawn from historical research and personal inquiry, the project examines the spiritual technologies embedded in Black social dance traditions and the grounded, survival-oriented dimensions of Afrofuturism. It studies the dancefloor as a site of memory, continuity, and transcendence, where sound becomes a mode of knowing and gathering. This is an invitation into process, lineage, and the subtle architecture between spiritual practice and club culture.
